fresh and tasty!

Currant Tarte
Ingredients:
150 gr butter
75 gr confectioners' sugar
1 egg
250 gr flour
400 gr currants
250 gr sour cream
1 spoon vanilla sugar
100 gr sugar
100gr whipping cream
a little lemon juice

Put the flour onto a dough tray and make a little basin in the middle of it. Put inside the butter in little pieces, the confectioners' sugar and the egg and knead it quickly until it has become a smooth dough. Roll it into a plastic film and put it for one hour into the refrigerator.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C and oil  a tarte pan and pollenize it with flour. Take the dough out of the fridge
and roll it out. The dough has to be a little bigger than the pan.
Now put the dough into the pan and let it for 15-20 minutes in the oen until it has a nice golden brown colour.
Now take it carefully out of the pan.
For the cream you have to stir the sour cream, the leomon juice the vanilla sugar and the sugar. Whisk stiff the whipping cream and fold it in.
Then put it on the tarte and arrange the washed currants on it.
