Selfmade applejuice

You need 2 kg apples, 1 l water, 40 g sugar and half a packet preserving sugar.

Cut the apples into pieces and mash them with a masher. Put them with 1 liter water into a pot and heat them for ten minutes. Then put  the sugar inside and make it cook. Take it from the cooker and put the preserving sugar inside. Now fill it in bottles - hot as it is - and close the bottles well.

That's all!

I just tasted it... for me a little bit too sweet... next time without sugar at all.
